- ➤ Waubonsee Community College is starting four 10-week business academy programs this fall to help local entrepreneurs grow their businesses. Business Growth Academy begins Wednesday, Sept. 17 at the Sugar Grove Campus, Academia de Negocios starts Thursday, Sept. 18 at the Aurora Downtown Campus, and New Venture Academy plus Academia Emprende run on Monday and Tuesday evenings—each program is supported by the Illinois Community College Board’s Noncredit Workforce Training Initiative Grant and the Illinois Small Business Development Center.
