The Aurora Lions Club will host its 18th annual Yule Party on Tuesday, Dec.
9 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the East Aurora School Dist. 131 recreation center — where deaf and hearing-impaired children can meet a sign language-using Santa with a pizza dinner and gifts offered — and more than 50 students, teachers, and caregivers are expected to attend.

Dundee Township Supervisor Shefali Shah is accepting applications for two volunteer seats on the Mental Health Board and the deadline to apply is Dec.
5. New board members will serve four-year terms (Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2029) to help guide mental health services with the board of trustees' advice and consent.
