Target has removed Favorite Day Bakery Frosted Sugar Cookies from its stores and online after Give and Go Prepared Food Corps recalled over 800 cases—more than 12,000 cookies—due to possible wood pieces.

The recalled lot number 251915 cookies were sold in 20 states including Illinois, and customers can call Target Guest Relations for a refund.

Aurora police investigated a Sunday morning shooting on the 500 block of Station Boulevard near a basketball court where two men were shot, one critically, and paramedics took them to a hospital; officers are now seeking 24-year-old Aaron Conley, a Black male with short dreadlocks in all-black clothing +6-foot-1, 185 pounds+, who fled after a firearm was recovered.
