Cinco de Mayo Market—owned by the company behind popular Aurora bakeries—will replace Berkeley Finer Foods at a shopping center on Batavia’s east side at Webster and Wilson streets on Thursday.
The new store will keep many current employees, will briefly close to update its inventory and signs, and will apply for a packaged-goods liquor license.
