Health officials advise consumers to discard any recalled product immediately.

A recall notice from the Consumer Product Safety Commission led Costco and Agio to advise customers to stop using the Agio-Menlo Woven Patio Swing after eight injury reports from parts detaching, affecting up to 18,500 units sold between Feb. and March 2026 — recall notices were sent on May 14.
