A new food hall called Boulevard Food and Drink Hall will open inside Hollywood Casino Joliet in the Chicago suburbs, hosting popular Chicago restaurants like Lucky Goat, Antique Taco and Pretty Cool Ice Cream in a reimagined food court operated by chef Shawn McClain's MCH hospitality group. The project is part of a larger plan that includes a new Aurora Hollywood Casino near Aurora Premium Outlets set to open early in 2026—officials expect the new venues to offer fresh dining experiences.
