- ➤ Aurora homeowners must apply by Monday to get property tax exemptions that lower their bills, with forms available online or by mail (in multiple languages including Spanish and Polish). - ➤ Marmion Abbey is selling a 21-acre parcel east of Raddant Road to developer Pulte Homes pending Aurora City Council approval for a land-use change and zoning variations — the Harvest Point subdivision is planned to include 59 detached single-family houses.
