- ➤ Residents living near the expanding CyrusOne facility in Aurora have experienced nonstop noise and higher electric bills. The company said it is starting a three-phase project to add rooftop sound walls & noise reduction equipment to ease the impact. ABC7

- ➤ Gov. Pritzker ordered flags at public buildings to be lowered on Tuesday — a tribute honoring Rev. Jesse Jackson, a civil rights leader who died after health battles, while funeral arrangements remain pending. NBC Chicago
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Health officials warned that peanut butter sold in Illinois and 19 other states may contain blue plastic after the FDA updated the recall on Feb. 12. Ventura Foods LLC began the recall in April 2025, and the contaminated products include small cups and packets. NBC Chicago
