Our Essentials Sol Class wrapped up in 45 minutes. It's a great option for those who need to get in and out in less than an hour and still feel the same physical and emotive arc and cathartic sweat. We love this class because its challenging but you may still have gas left in the tank. If you want to take this class up a notch, consider increasing your ankle weights, taking the option to double your hand weights, and move with more clarity and integrity, deliberately engaging your muscles while finding your biggest range of motion. This is a great class for beginners!
