Treadfit's signature 50-minute workout incorporates periods of intense anaerobic exercise with periods of recovery and strength-building exercises. High-intensity interval training (HIIT) has been proven to increase endurance and improve fat-burning resulting in a stronger, faster, and leaner you! *For our headphone classes, Treadfit will provide headphones to each client where all instruction and music comes through the headphones and clients can adjust their own volume.
