About this event
HYROX Signature Foundations 5 (F5) is all about pacing, consistency, and repeatable effort. As the work intervals decrease, the challenge is maintaining the same output with minimal recovery. Stay controlled early, trust your pace, and on the Erg stations keep the machine moving for the entire block to build race-day pacing.
