Get ready to jump, swing, climb and hang! Our obstacle fusion class combines fitness along with the challenge of Ninja obstacles! If you are *new* to obstacle training, we would recommend you try our Personal Training Circuit (first) and then, try an OC Fusion session. Both, would be free of charge.
